Is it actually permanent? What if I want it off?+
It's as permanent as you want it to be. We weld the chain shut with no clasp, so it won't fall off — but a tiny snip with scissors takes it off in a second. No damage, no drama.
Does the welding hurt?+
Nope. Our Sunstone welder sends a tiny current through a jump ring that's already sealed around the chain ends. You won't feel anything. Most guests don't even realize it's done.
Can I shower, swim, and work out in it?+
Yes to all three. Sterling silver is lifetime-wearable and our everyday hero. Gold-plated is occasion-tier — we're upfront that the plating wears in 3–6 months, and we'll happily re-weld you fresh when it does.
How far will you travel?+
25 miles from Chattanooga is our standard travel zone ($75 flat). Nashville, Knoxville, and Asheville are common custom quotes. Destination bachelorettes (Savannah, 30A, Gatlinburg) get full travel packages — just ask.
What if my bridesmaid has a metal allergy?+
Sterling silver (.925) is hypoallergenic and safe for most sensitivities — it's our go-to for anyone with metal allergies. We'd steer allergy-sensitive guests away from gold-plated. Every guest signs a waiver before welding — we take this seriously.
Can I add charms and connectors?+
Yes — this is the fun part. Charms are $4 each (hearts, initials, zodiac, birthstones, freshwater pearls) and connectors are $10. We weld them right into your chain at the event, so mix, stack, and make it yours.
